- Tenants and owners are responsible for verifying identity, property condition, rent terms, deposits and documents.
- The platform may review, edit, hide or remove listings that appear incorrect, unsafe, duplicate or abusive.
User responsibilities
- Submit accurate listing, contact and enquiry details.
- Do not post fake, misleading, abusive, illegal or spam content.
- Do not misuse owner or tenant contact details.
- Inspect properties and complete agreements independently before payment or move-in.
Limitation
Singrauli Rental does not guarantee listing availability, pricing, property condition or user behavior. Users make rental decisions at their own responsibility after verification.
