2. Nature of Service

Singrauli Rental is an online listing platform that connects property owners and tenants.

Singrauli Rental is a fully free and non-profit platform.

We:

• Are not the owner or agent of any property
• Are not a party to any deal or transaction
• Are not responsible for any rental agreement between users

Singrauli Rental does not:

• Own, rent, lease, or manage any property
• Act as a broker, agent, or legal representative
• Guarantee authenticity, availability, or condition of listings

All transactions are independent agreements between Users.

3. User Eligibility

By using this platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are legally capable of entering into contracts
• All information provided by you is accurate and truthful

4. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide true, current, and complete information
• Not post false, misleading, illegal, or duplicate listings
• Not engage in fraud, impersonation, or unlawful activities
• Independently verify all property and user details before any transaction
• Understand that providing wrong information may lead to account suspension

Singrauli Rental may ask any user for ID proof at any time for verification and safety purposes.

Singrauli Rental reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts without prior notice for violations.

5. Platform Usage & Listing Visibility

• Listings posted on the platform may be shown to other users looking for homes
• Users must provide accurate details so listings can be reviewed and contacted safely
• Singrauli Rental may remove incomplete, misleading, or duplicate listings

6. No Brokerage & Independent Transactions

Singrauli Rental is fully free, does not charge brokerage, and is not a party to:

• Rental agreements
• Private arrangements between users
• Any negotiation between users

All agreements are strictly between Owner and Tenant.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singrauli Rental shall not be liable for:

• Any disputes between users
• Property condition, legality, or ownership issues
• Fraud, scams, or misrepresentation by users
• Financial losses, damages, or injuries
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Singrauli Rental, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Any disputes with other users

9. Privacy Policy

• User data is handled according to our Privacy Policy
• Basic contact details may be shared with relevant users
• We do not sell personal data to third parties
• Data may be shared with law enforcement when required by law or for safety and legal compliance
• Content entered by users will remain the user's content

11. Suspension & Termination

Without prior notice in case of violation or suspicious activity.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh (or your preferred jurisdiction).

13. Modifications to Terms

Singrauli Rental reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

2. सेवा का स्वरूप

Singrauli Rental एक online listing platform है जो मकान मालिक और किरायेदार को जोड़ता है।

हमारा platform fully free है और non profitable है।

हम:

• किसी भी संपत्ति के मालिक/एजेंट नहीं हैं
• किसी भी सौदे के पक्षकार नहीं हैं
• किसी भी agreement के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं

3. उपयोगकर्ता पात्रता

• आपकी उम्र कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए
• आप कानूनी रूप से सक्षम हों
• दी गई जानकारी सही हो

4. उपयोगकर्ता की जिम्मेदारी

• सही जानकारी देना अनिवार्य है
• फर्जी या गलत लिस्टिंग प्रतिबंधित है
• किसी भी डील से पहले पूरी जांच स्वयं करें
• गलत जानकारी देने पर account suspend किया जा सकता है

प्लेटफ़ॉर्म कभी भी user से ID proof मांग सकता है।

5. प्लेटफॉर्म उपयोग और लिस्टिंग दृश्यता

• पोस्ट किए गए घर प्लेटफॉर्म पर खोज करने वाले यूज़र्स को दिखाए जा सकते हैं
• लिस्टिंग की जानकारी सही, पूरी और सुरक्षित होनी चाहिए
• गलत, अधूरी या डुप्लिकेट लिस्टिंग हटाई जा सकती है

6. कोई मध्यस्थता नहीं

Singrauli Rental fully free और non profitable platform है। Singrauli Rental किसी भी:

• किराया समझौते
• निजी व्यवस्थाएँ
• बातचीत

का हिस्सा नहीं है।

7. जिम्मेदारी की सीमा

हम जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं:

• उपयोगकर्ताओं के बीच विवाद
• धोखाधड़ी
• संपत्ति से जुड़े मुद्दे
• किसी भी आर्थिक नुकसान के लिए

8. क्षतिपूर्ति (Indemnity)

आप किसी भी कानूनी दावे या नुकसान के लिए Singrauli Rental को जिम्मेदार नहीं ठहराएंगे।

9. डेटा गोपनीयता

• डेटा सुरक्षित रखा जाता है
• तीसरे पक्ष को नहीं बेचा जाता

• लेकिन platform को उसे use/modify/show करने का अधिकार होगा

यह नियम भारत के कानूनों के अंतर्गत होंगे और विवाद सिंगरौली (मध्य प्रदेश) में निपटाए जाएंगे।

11. संशोधन

इन नियमों को कभी भी बदला जा सकता है।
